Domestic Orders (Pakistan)

Exchange Window:
You may request an exchange within 4 days of delivery.

Proof of Purchase:
A valid receipt or your online order confirmation email is required.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • All tags, seals, and accessories must be intact
  • Original packaging and invoice must be included
  • Exchange request must be submitted within the allowed time frame

Exchange Fee:
Customers are responsible for courier charges for exchanges.

Processing Time:
The exchange process typically takes 7–10 business days once the product is received and verified.

Not Eligible for Exchange:
Products purchased on sale, discount, or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.


International Orders

Important Notes

  • All gadgets are carefully quality-checked and tested before dispatch.
  • A parcel packing video is recorded for security and verification purposes.
  • We strongly recommend customers record an unboxing video upon receiving the parcel for their reference.
  • Exchanges will only be processed if all above conditions are met.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email, and the exchange policy will apply.

Knight Gadgets reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Item is out of stock
  • Pricing errors on the website
  • Payment declined by the financial institution
