Refund Policy

At Knight Gadgets, we prioritize customer satisfaction by offering a convenient exchange policy. While we do not offer refunds, our team is here to ensure a smooth exchange process for you at every step.

Domestic Orders:

Exchange Window: You can exchange your purchased item within 14 days of delivery, either at our store or online, provided you have valid proof of purchase. If you choose to exchange online, a courier fee of 200 Rs will apply.

Proof of Purchase: This can be either a receipt or your online order confirmation email.

Conditions for Exchange:
To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • All tags intact
  • Original packaging and invoice included
  • A valid reason for exchange (e.g., wrong size, defective item, or incorrect article)

Exchange Process:
The online exchange process takes approximately 7-10 business days after verification.

  • Items Not Eligible for Exchange:
  • Products purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange.

International Orders:

Currently, Knight Gadgets does not offer exchanges or returns for international orders. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team for assistance.

Important Note:
We recommend taking pictures of your package and invoice before opening it. This helps us resolve any issues quickly if an incorrect or damaged item is delivered.

Order Cancellation:

Customers can cancel their orders any time before processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS with your tracking ID and COD amount. After delivery, the exchange policy will apply.

Knight Wears reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

  • The item is out of stock
  • Pricing errors
  • Payment declined by the financial institution
